What this policy covers
This policy covers visualsoft.com and its Arabic edition. Visualsoft products and hosted services used by customers, such as VisualERP and the support portal, process personal data under the customer's agreement with Visualsoft and their own notices.

Who we share personal data with
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own use. It is disclosed only:
- to Microsoft, which hosts this website (Microsoft Azure) and our email (Microsoft 365) and processes the data on our behalf;
- to the external content provider you agree to load (Google, for Google Maps);
- to authorities where the law requires it.
Where personal data is stored and transferred
Visualsoft is registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, but personal data handled through this website is stored outside the Kingdom:
- the website and its backups run on Microsoft Azure in the United Arab Emirates (UAE North region);
- email, including messages sent through the contact form, is stored by Microsoft 365 in Europe.
These transfers are made with the safeguards required by the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations.
How we protect personal data
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the data we hold, including encrypted connections to the website and restricted administrative access.
Your rights
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to:
- be informed about how and why your personal data is collected;
- access your personal data and obtain a copy;
- ask for inaccurate or incomplete data to be corrected;
- ask for your personal data to be destroyed when it is no longer needed;
- withdraw consent you have given, at any time.
To use any of these rights, contact us at privacy@visualsoft.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond within the period set by law.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
Visitors from other countries
If you are located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the law of your country may give you additional rights. Contact us at privacy@visualsoft.com and we will respond in line with the law that applies.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
We will publish any change on this page with a new version number and effective date. The previous version will remain available on request.
